After lamenting the fact that I was lonely for sisterhood and could not find a circle in my vicinity, I decided to be brave and start one myself, in order to find my tribe. I facilitate women's circles that encourage connection, self-reflection, creativity and personal wellbeing, offering a welcoming and inclusive environment where women can feel seen, supported and empowered.
EXPERIENCE
I am a compassionate wellbeing practitioner with many years of experience supporting people living with dementia in a caring role. I am currently retraining as an independent wedding and funeral celebrant and as a soul midwife, with a passion for creating meaningful, supportive spaces for people during life's important transitions. Alongside my professional development, I volunteer at a local cattery and have previously volunteered at a hospice, experiences that have deepened my understanding of compassion, presence and community care.
