There is a particular kind of exhaustion that a holiday doesn’t fix — the quiet depletion that lives beneath a full, capable, endlessly‑giving life. You have held everything together for everyone. You are good at it. And yet somewhere along the way, the thread back to yourself has thinned.

The Space for You is an intimate healing circle designed to help you find that thread again.

Led by Inna Duckworth, holistic healer and founder of Soul Alchemy Holistic Healing, this ceremony weaves naturopathic medicine, Five Element philosophy, plant spirit medicine, Daoist sone medicine, Avesta astrology and shamanic traditions into a deeply restorative evening.

What to expect
A complete two‑hour ceremony held in a small group of up to six women:

- Opening — Koshi bells, sacred invocation, heart‑grounding
- Cacao Ceremony — ceremonial cacao and intention setting
- Sharing Circle — a held space to speak your truth and be witnessed
- Body Work — somatic movement, breathwork and guided body scan
- Healing Drum Journey — a descent into the heart to hear what you truly need
- Integration — optional sharing and a small intention card to take home
- Closing — blessing, gratitude, unhurried tea and connection

This circle is for you if…
- You have been living for everyone else and rarely ask what you need
- You are navigating a transition — perimenopause, teenagers, career shifts, identity changes
- You’ve tried the usual fixes and still feel something is missing

No spiritual background is required — only the sense that it’s time to return to yourself.
The first circle will be professionally photographed with consideration to private moments; participants receive images for personal use.
