Sutton Courtenay & Haddon Acre

Offering an underlying promise of a genuinely safe, sensory space — candlelight, music, aromatherapy — where every emotion is welcome and there's zero judgement…

I run two circles in different locations: Sutton Courtenay Sisters & Haddon Acre Circle…

Following the rhythm of the seasons and the Wheel of the Year, each circle brings together journaling, gentle movement, ritual, and craft in a calm, judgement-free space.

Sutton Courtenay Sisters is a relaxed, newcomer-friendly evening held at The Abbey — a gentle way in for anyone new to circle work, with no expectation to share more than feels right. Sessions include a short meditation, guided journaling, optional sharing, gentle movement, and a simple craft to take home.

Haddon Acre is a deeper ceremonial gathering held in a yurt, for women ready to go further into ritual and reflection, tied to key points on the Wheel of the Year.

Both circles offer the same underlying promise: a genuinely safe, sensory space — candlelight, music, aromatherapy — where every emotion is welcome and there's zero judgement. Whether you're brand new to circles or have been coming for years, you're held, relaxed, and free to simply be.

EXPERIENCE

I hold Yoga Alliance-certified Circle Holder training, completed under the guidance of the facilitator who led my own first, deeply transformative circle retreat in Ibiza. I continue to train with her, including an upcoming twelve-month yoga course, and return to that retreat annually to deepen my own practice.
