So many of us move through lives shaped by responsibility, expectation, and the quiet pressure to hold it all together. We give and give, while something deeper within us longs for space, honesty, and real connection, both with others and with ourselves.
Soulskin is a remembering. A space to soften out of the rush of everyday life and return to what is true and essential. Here, you’re invited to be exactly as you are, with no pressure to perform, share, or have anything figured out.
Each circle is gently guided and may include grounding practices, meditation, quiet reflection, and the opportunity for optional sharing. The intention is to create a calm, respectful space where women can reconnect with their own inner voice, and with one another in a more meaningful way.
Held by Laura Lee-Gibbs, these circles are rooted in a down-to-earth, inclusive approach to facilitation, with a strong focus on emotional safety, choice, and creating an environment where everyone feels at ease.
This circle is for all women. You are welcome to speak, listen, or simply be.
EXPERIENCE
Sister Stories Circle Facilitation; Rites for Girls facilitator and mentor, using circle-based mentoring to prepare and guide teen girls on their journey to womanhood; member of the Art of Hosting community of practice supporting meaningful and inclusive group conversations.
