At Time to Connect circles we hold space for women to connect to their inner, spiritual, creative lives.
We invite you into a calm space- allowing you to leave any responsibilities at the door. We offer you ways to ground into your body, and into your connection with Mother Earth. We invite you to tap into the energy of the Earth Seasons, your life season, your menstrual cycle and/or the moon cycle. To use these cycles to cultivate and manage your own energy and creativity.
We create the conditions for you to connect to other women, to feel the love and strength created with sisterhood- in a way you may never have felt before. With no judgement, no unsolicited advice, no expectation. You will be able to share your truths from your heart, and to listen deeply to your sisters.
We allow you to dive deeper into your own self-enquiry. To be unapologetically you- to take steps towards living a life aligned with your values. Whether it be through meditations, storytelling, journaling, using herbs, flower and plant allies, oracle card, affirmations.
May our circles soothe you, in a world where there is so much expectation on women to care for others before themselves.
We hold monthly women’s circles often aligned with seasonal ceremonies- celebrating the wheel of the year. We hold monthly mothers circles for all mothers, we can welcome babes in arms. We hold monthly creative journaling circles, with an array of art materials and journal prompts to explore before sharing.
We stay connected via WhatsApp groups which keep the energetic circle alive between meetings.
We love expanding our community- and would love to welcome you into it!
Experience
We both have over two years experience holding circles at Stoke D’Abernon Village Hall.
Katie: Wellmama 10 moons doula training, True midwifery training, UK midwifery degree.
Lucile: French-trained and UK-registered pharmacist, Continuum Doulas birth doula course, Conscious Birthing postnatal doula course, Paramana Doula course, Quantik Mama quantum approach to birth course.
