My work is rooted in creating supportive spaces where women can show up exactly as they are.

In our gatherings, we drift through guided meditation, simple ritual practices, heartfelt sharing, and deep listening with other heart-minded local women. Each circle is a space to reconnect to yourself, explore your inner rhythm, and playfully nourish your spirit.

Most circles take place monthly, usually on the first Friday, with additional seasonal gatherings and collaboration circles offered throughout the year.

This is a gentle invitation to pause, check in with yourself, and be held in community. Each CharaBay circle is held at the beautiful Green Door Centre in Bosham. It’s a magical, soulful space with a calming energy surrounded by truly beautiful gardens.

EXPERIENCE

I have been holding in-person Women's Circles rooted in presence and connection since August 2025. I completed my training with Sister Stories in February 2026, which deepened my approach to calm and intentional space holding.
