They are an invitation to step away from the noise and the endless asking of everyday life, and into something slower. A place to exhale. To listen. To remember yourself in the company of other women.

There is a particular quiet that settles when women sit together around a fire. The day begins to loosen. The shoulders drop. Something older than all of us draws close and holds the circle steady.

You are welcome here whatever you are carrying. Grief or change, the slow turning of midlife, the weariness of a body that has given too much, a crossroads you cannot yet see beyond, or simply the longing to be among others and fully human for an afternoon. There is no need to arrive polished. You come as you are.

We begin with a somatic orientation practice, a way of arriving in the body and settling the nervous system before we gather around the flames. There is no theme to follow and no pressure to speak. We trust what is present instead. Stories, poetry, laughter, silence, tears, questions, and wonder all have their place.

As a women's circle facilitator, somatic coach, and grief tender, I hold spaces where women can soften, be witnessed, and feel the quiet medicine that comes when we gather this way. Around a fire, beneath the trees, something in us remembers that we were never meant to walk this path alone.

EXPERIENCE

My path into this work has been shaped by years of training and apprenticeship. Everything I share in my work has been generously passed to me by my teachers along the way. I trained in women's circle facilitation with Sister Stories, and in circle facilitation with Mitle Southey of Gather. I am a trained grief tender, currently apprenticing with Nici Moon of The Grief Space. As an advanced somatic practitioner, I am also part of the training team at the Regenerative Alchemy Advanced Somatics School, and I am a qualified EcoNIDRA teacher. Underneath all of these threads is a single thing: a commitment to holding space well - to staying present with whatever arises, and to offering the kind of grounded, steady company that lets others soften and feel themselves again.
