Thursdays 10-11am. Closed circles, run in blocks of six, with a maximum of eight mother and baby pairs (multiples, twins/triplets are also welcome).

£10 per circle or £50 for a block of six

Helen is an early years professional, with over 16 years experience, an emotional wellbeing coach and mum of two —bringing compassionate anxious parent support to Warwickshire.

Rooted in attachment-informed practice and nervous-system care, I blend my early-years expertise with coaching approaches (NLP, parts-informed, positive psychology) to help you build confidence, strengthen co-regulation, and find your footing in the fourth trimester and beyond. Think real conversation, gentle guidance, and practical rituals you can use at 3 am as easily as 3 pm. Based in Stratford-upon-Avon and offering women’s circles throughout Warwickshire, my groups welcome you exactly as you are — messy bun, tears, laughter and all.”
