We are spiritual beings having a human experience; however our modern way of life prioritises the mind and science more than spirit and soul.
Being in circle, offers us the opportunity to experience ourselves as part of a community of women, to realise and share the depth of wisdom available to us in the everyday and ordinary. In circle we will be drawing on what we have experienced and learned throughout our lives, and explore how we access the ‘wisdom within’ - our authentic self capable of being in harmony with the interconnectedness of all life.
In these days of tremendous challenge and change we bring ‘knowledge’ from the mind down into the space of the heart. With mind and heart joined, we ask how we can bring into the world of form the wisdom we have accessed to serve the greater good.

Training & Relevant Experience
Circles are run by Jacqueline Breslin and Jane Hambleton.
Jane has been holding and sitting in circles for several decades. She has come to know that deep listening and speaking from the heart gives access to an inner strength and universal wisdom that has sustained her through difficult periods. The process of listening to other peoples stories has become such a precious gift offering insights into her own life, and it has become a most treasured personal resource.
Jacqueline has facilitated groups in both therapeutic and corporate settings since the 1990s. Over the past 15 years, she’s participated in several women’s circles and experienced the unique opportunity gathering with women in a safe and well-held space offers. As a shamanic practitioner and therapist Jacqueline works exclusively with women helping them access and trust their wisdom within.

Circle Process
Each time we gather the process will be different in response to how we are and what we bring on the day. We will be supported in safe sharing, connection and integration through the use of a format that will help signpost where we are in the process.
Gathering: You’re welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes before the circle start time. Help yourself to a drink, find your place in the room and settle into the space.
Opening: A facilitator will open the circle and we will begin with a ‘check-in’.
Theme: The theme of the evening is agreed upon, usually this presents itself from the check-in and what is 'alive' for us on the day.
Deepening: Sharing of relevant life experiences, ideas, learning, reflections. A time to speak, to be heard, to listen. Take in what resonates and let go of what doesn’t.
Integration: Reflection on what has been shared and valued.
Closing: The circle is closed - each person is invited to say a word or sentence.
