We gather because there is powerful medicine in sharing and listening to each others personal stories. In circle we can connect to and understand our complex and beautifully messy inner landscapes. This is a radical act of gentle rest, in resistance to the relentless, fast paced and mindless patriarchal world. By gathering in circle, we remember what is important to ourselves, and the communities we are part of. We practice showing up authentically, vulnerably and courageously.
How the session will unfold:
This is an intimate group of just 7 women, held in my home.
You will be welcomed into the space with tea and cake.
We will sit down on cushions on the floor in a circle.
I will open the circle with an introduction and invite everyone into a short meditation.
Then the circle will be open for sharing (optional).
I will close the circle with space for final reflections.
My circles are grounded in the magic, natural rhythms of the Earth and the Moon. My tiny cabin is positioned in a beautiful spot on a farm overlooking the Moray Firth, surrounded by trees and gorse. I will often hold an optional potluck lunch after our circle. You are also welcome to spend some time wandering around the area, heading down the cliff path to the beach.
EXPERIENCE
I trained in Circle Facilitation with Sister Stories in Autumn 2025 and have been holding circles since January 2026. I was a resident of the Tui Community in New Zealand for a year, where I was immersed in conscious communication and deep feeling practices, often in the form of circle.
