The invitation is to come participate in this woman’s circle. You do not need to have been before.
The circle is an invitation into an inward journey - opening into a space within. The circle is a space to come and belong, to share space with other women. To be nourished. To breathe give time to the mind body and heart -To be held within the sacred space. To receive presence.
A time to allow that which is there and within time to unfold. To yourself or to others. This a place to come just as you are. There is no need to do anything other than just bring yourself. The circle is a space that is offered for you.
You are welcome to come and join this sacred space - you will expect to experience. Confidentiality and safety, co-creation and shared responsibility, a non-judgemental space. Respect. A willingness to honour our own and other women's process. A women's circle where women can be seen, heard and held. A welcoming space that offers intention and heart within.

Experience
I have been a registered psychotherapist and counsellor for many years and have a degree in Art, P.G Dip and M.Sc. in Psychotherapy. Within this time, I have worked extensively in the wellbeing and healthcare sectors with people of all ages and life experiences. I have training in other areas couples work, group work, and meditation. I have also CPD in other areas along with accredited training in Women's facilitation. As well as helping others, I have been engaged in various forms of holistic approaches and have found the many therapeutic activities to be supportive and life-changing.
