Our circles offer a gentle mix of conversation, reflection, guided meditation, and the simple joy of sharing space with others. You don’t need any prior experience or knowledge — just a willingness to show up and be part of a supportive community. Each gathering is a little different, but you can expect: 🌿 A warm, inclusive environment (we are proudly LGBT+ inclusive) 🍵 Herbal tea and space to unwind 🌕 Guided meditation and grounding practice 💬 Opportunities to reflect, connect, and share (only if you want to!) 🌱 Themes that support wellbeing, empowerment, and connection to self and others Our circles are inspired by the rhythms of nature and the belief that community care is powerful.
