Centering circles

Who are we when we are most ourselves?

For many of us, with all the roles we play and hats we wear, playing the role of ourselves can be the one we are least familiar with — and have the fewest places to practice.

Centering Circles are a chance to discover, develop, and settle into the center of ourselves - the opportunity to simply be.

We’ll begin with a simple centering exercise, followed by time to practice being ourselves together — which might mean silence, laughter, or sharing, whatever resonates for you, with no pressure. We’ll close with care and creativity, amplifying the energy of our collective connection and carrying it gently back into our lives.
