Carrickfergus, N.Ireland. Circles are easily accessible to anyone in Belfast, Newtownabbey, Larne, Antrim.

Circle offers a space for us to come together to share and to offer each other our presence, time and compassion.
I understand that we as neurodivergent people have nervous systems that often - usually! - do not fit the traditional mold therefore I hope you will be reassured to hear that this does not mean you will be expected to sit still, make eye contact or even use your voice to share.
There is a loose structure to our Circle, however everything is an invitation rather than a demand. Stims are welcome as are any personally significant items you want to bring with you. Stones and fidgets are available within the space, as is access to paper and art materials.
Circles are gentle and slowed down spaces where we seek to witness each other without offering solutions or advice. We use a talking piece and share the time equally, supporting each other to be seen and valued whether we choose to share or not.
I understand the stigma around neurodivergence is significant and you may have concerns about joining. If you are self identifying or "questioning" you are absolutely welcome. I have introductory meetings with everyone in advance of joining a Circle and we have a group Agreement around confidentiality and other significant factors to support psychological safety.
