Becoming your True Nature
Delyth Johnson
Lake District, Cumbria
Immersive, nature-led circles and retreats for women who feel tired, overwhelmed, or dimmed by life’s pace, and who long for quiet, simplicity, and time in the natural world…
Alchemy with Nature

Rookhow, Lake District
Held in a private 12-acre temperate rainforest, this retreat offers rare seclusion ~ no other groups, no visitors, no crowds ~ allowing nervous systems to settle more deeply and gently. There is nothing to fix or perform here. No techniques to master. No outcomes to achieve. Just time, land, and space to remember yourself.
